The PTRWDB comprises volunteers from the public and private sectors who represent 10 counties in our local area: Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin.  The PTRWDB provides oversight of the NC Works Career Centers; these are local offices where employment and training services are provided.  Board members act in an advisory capacity, providing input on strategic plan development and initiatives to be researched and implemented by the Board Director and staff.
