To review and approve applications for qualified farmland to be enrolled in Voluntary Agricultural Districts throughout the county. This board will also advise the Board of Commissioners on projects, programs, and issues affecting the farm economy or activities that will affect the agricultural districts. The board can make recommendations to changes in the ordinance and perform other agricultural related tasks assigned by the Board of Commissioners. G.S. 106-735 through 106-744.
